Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will pay a visit to the military facilities of the Souda Air Base on Tuesday.
At 11:20, an enlarged meeting of the delegations will take place in the 115th Battle Wing followed by statements to the press. At 13:15, Mitsotakis and Pompeo will have a working lunch.
Greek officials participating in the meetings include Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias, National Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos, Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff Constantine Floros, and the PM’s Diplomatic Office director, Ambassador Eleni Sourani.
At 17:00 they will visit the archaeological site of Aptera, accompanied by Culture Ministery Lina Mendoni.
