AEGEAN οn Wednesday announced the completion of the transfer of its equity stake in Animawings to the Romanian airlines’ other shareholder, Memento Group, for an undisclosed sum.
Following the transaction, Memento Group will be full owner of Animawings. AEGEAN said that the two aircrafts leased to Animawings will return to its fleet to cover the Greek arline’s increased demands.
