During the pre-conference of New Democracy in Thessaloniki on Monday night, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis addressed the audience.
Highlighting the significance of the upcoming European elections, he underscored that the June polls would be pivotal in determining Greece’s political trajectory – whether it maintains stability or embraces change.
Mitsotakis presented the looming dilemma of the June European elections and criticized the SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance along with its past and present leaders, Alexis Tsipras and Stefanos Kasselakis respectively.
He emphasized the dual importance of the June showdown, stating that it would not only shape Greece’s political landscape and continuity of reforms but also define the nation’s trajectory towards achieving its objectives by 2027.
Furthermore, Mitsotakis noted that the European elections would serve as a barometer, revealing the preferred political representation of Greek voters in Europe.
