A meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and visiting Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu was concluded in Athens on Monday.
Government sources reported a good atmosphere at the meeting and that “a mutual desire to promote a positive agenda was ascertained”.
The Turkish minister is next scheduled to meet with his Greek counterpart, Nikos Dendias, and their meeting will be followed by talks between their delegations. The two ministers are scheduled to make joint statements at 13:15.
