Greek National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias will attend the North Atlantic Council meeting of NATO defence ministers that will be held at Vilnius, Lithuania, on Tuesday.
Dendias will also attend the dinner for defence and foreign affairs ministers on the same evening.
On Wednesday, Dendias will attend the signing ceremony of the Operational Memorandum of Understanding of the NATO Climate Change and Security Centre of Excellence. He will also hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from other countries, sources said.
The NATO summit will run on Tuesday and Wednesday, and will focus on addressing the challenges facing the alliance and how to further strengthen NATO’s deterrence and defence.
