Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Tuesday received visiting Foreign Minister of Canada François-Philippe Champagne at the Maximos Mansion. The two top officials discussed Turkish provocativeness and the investments of Canadian enterprises in Greece.
They also reaffirmed the strong bond of friendship between the two countries that are getting stronger with presence of the Greek community in Canada and the very close cooperation of the two sides on the political, economic and defence sector.
Mitsotakis pointed out to the Foreign Minister of Canada, a NATO country-member, the ongoing illegal Turkish actions against Greece and Cyprus.
In parallel, both sides highlighted the fact that major Canadian enterprises have invested and continue to invest in Greece and agreed to support mutually beneficial business activity.
