The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias met on Wednesday at the headquarters of the 1st Army/EU-OHQ in Larissa, central Greece, with visiting Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Kajsa Ollongren.
Dendias stated that the discussion with his counterpart included the issue of strengthening the defense arm of the European Union.
He also referred to Operation “Aspides” and stressed that Holland is sending a ship to participate in the operation.
Dendias briefed his counterpart on “Agenda 2030,” the modernization and reform of the Greek Armed Forces.
